CA dont seem to be bothered by their flashy new content making the game in single player unbalanced.Įxample, dwarfs get overrun in battle by goblins and pump wagons(they are not tagged as large). Most expect a rework in game 3, but i wont be that optimistic due to all the game one additional content has not been updated properly at all so far(choas, beastman, norsca, woodelves). Also their god dedication mechanic is outdated, in compared to other factions research techs and very underwhelming at present. So if you just going to have one army the whole game that might be ok. I would like to see those armies get the same attrition as the player when roaming in the north.Note they should be getting double attrition, for snow and chaos.Ĭurrently after the latest dlc the Norsca factions have lost there generic lord skill trees and mounts. "Hey let's go across the map to a land with harsh climate and terrain and raze another settlement of theirs while our own settlements get recked by others" Know why they don't have ones? Bcz nobody's expecting the bloody north to be invaded by sun lovin bloody southerners like it's a stroll in a neighborhood park, even when they are being ♥♥♥ in their behind in their own provinces. If this was to be a campaign of surviving foreign invasions by a faction from far away, at least give norscans ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ walls. It's like instead of being norscans being dreaded raiders from the icy north, it's the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ brettonians who are a constant pain in the arse invaders from the south, and that too in regions where even the climate is uninhabitable for them. why is it that those mf brettonians roam around all over norscan region right from the start like it's their 2nd home? Raiding, sacking and capturing settlements. Mounts: Chaos Steed, Marauder Chariot (lores of Death, Fire, and Shadow)Ĭaster Hero – Fimir Balefiend.Leave everything aside. Mounts: Foot Only (a werewolf, can regenerate, fast, high physical resistances)Ĭaster Hero – Shaman-Sorcerer. Mounts: Chaos Steed, Marauder Chariot, War Mammoth (can be customised to follow any of the four gods) Throgg also has a uniquely Trollish magic missile attack called Copious Vomit If Throgg captures the settlement of Eringrad in Troll Country, he may build a unique building there – the Cave of the Rocky Throne – which grants buffs to Troll units factionwide. He also grants a Physical Resistance buff to all Troll and Ice Troll units factionwide. As the King of the Trolls, Throgg brings reduced upkeep to Troll and Ice Troll units, and units in Throgg’s army are immune to all forms of attrition. ![]() Throgg is a powerful leader and melee fighter with unique skills, quest-chains and legendary items. Behind his snaggle-toothed visage lies a ruthless cunning that Throgg employs to bring the bitter chill of the north to the lands of man. It is this that sets Throgg apart from the rest of his kind, for he is gifted with a rare intelligence for his grotesque kind. Trolls are widely known not just for their physical power, but also their striking lack of intelligence. In battle, his Hunter of Champions skill enables him to pin enemy characters in place while he fights them. Carefully placed, it can stagger and slay numerous foes. Wulfrik also has a personal combat ability called Seafang, named after his fabled ship a powerful and far-reaching wind attack. All Mammoth units in his army gain bonus Melee Attack, all Marauder units enjoy reduced Upkeep Costs, and every unit in his retinue causes Fear. He has the Siege Attacker attribute, enabling him to ignore the requirement for siege engines or siege weapons before attacking walled settlements. Wulfrik is a powerful leader and duellist with unique skills, quest-chains and legendary items. None may refuse the challenge he delivers – and in their own tongue, no less. He has slain dragons and kings, highborn lords and beasts of legend. ![]() He roams land and sea, an awe-inspiring figure draped with the skulls of his conquests. ![]() Cinematic trailer and screenshots follow beneath that. To get the absolutely full picture on the upcoming new faction and its Legendary Lords Wulfrik and Throgg, watch the roster reveal, read the Steam page, and look at the text version of the unit roster (which I’ve also repeated and slightly reformatted below).
